在過去，白鯧米粉更是一道經典的宴客料理，深受大家的喜愛
這也是為什麼越接近年節白鯧的價格會這麼昂貴，可見其人氣之高
凍洋嚴選的鮮凍大白鯧不僅皮薄、肉質軟嫩，並且無細小魚刺，食用起來相當安全方便
重量更是將近1斤
建議在料理時若是想用乾煎的方式，可在其表面沾上薄薄的麵粉
避免其在煎的過程中破損
